This isn’t critical for daily driving or light track use, but it’s something to keep in mind for safety. The Michelin 4S 315/30ZR20 has a maximum recommended rim width of 11.5", while your rim is 12".
It’s not a major issue, but if you plan on taking sharp corners on the track, be aware that you could experience some pressure loss, which is not an ideal situation.
While many swear by the 4S, I experienced both and IMO personally find the older Super Sport overall better for summer driving for the AMG GT class.
Unfortunately for me, I'm not Larry Chen and I didn't get any sunrise clouds. Fortunately for me, it's is possible to do sky replacements in Photoshop!

tbh i just recently bought this car so havent yet but i know its a matter of when and not if. Only upside is that it doesnt impact insurance so thats why im willing to try it out and if its a ticket every few months or so then i might just stick with it.
was there a specific area you used to get pulled over or just generally around gta?

21 Division. I didn’t care either because no points or insurance hits. But after the 3rd ticket from the boys at 21, if any officer saw me they’d pull me right over. It got to the point they talked to me on last name basis. “So Mr. W… another front plate ticket today?” After 6 tics I caved.

Im in peel region too but if i start getting harassed then my plan b is to get a sunvisor mount and hopefully that works. Fingers crossed.
I'm not sure law enforcement can legally issue a ticket or prosecute for not having a front license plate in every state, and here’s why:
The AMG GT series was homologated for sale in the U.S. without a front plate mount, meaning it was federally approved in that configuration !!
While individual states can have their own front plate laws, if they allow the sale of a vehicle that was federally certified without front plate provisions, they can't reasonably penalize owners for the absence of one. To do so would be contradictory.
Has anyone here actually purchased a GT that came with factory hardware for front plate mounting? I had/Have 2 and none came with an OEM mounting provisions. In our case it would fall on the state or local authority to prove that the car was originally sold with those provisions before issuing a citation.

Example of a ruined one in ontario. Mostly all that have plate hardware, have this side mount since not much area in the front middle and the side one looks even worse

The W206 C class C 300 amg line for example comes from the factory with a side mounted one like that.
