Sorry im a bit late to the game but finally taking delivery of my 2016 GTS soon and will be doing this tune. Since you guys have it for a while now, are there any issues at all?

No, I only went with the tune. I was one the early adopters last June and the DP's were just coming out. I did drive the shop car with DP's and whoaaa that's a spicy meatball!!!! But I'm good with the tune only as I want to get a white version of the car so no more money will be input. Its now possible to get the Edition 1 aero's and the fixed wing on a non ED1 car via an order or if the dealer builds it that way. I want white

We all knew this was coming- that's why ED1's held their value longer than expected. The one item I think can not be added is the carbon fiber roof.
