I've been toying with the idea of getting a new toy for the past few months..as some may recall I had posted in January regarding a cardinal red gts that really caught my eye. I never bought the car because I felt hat it would be a tough sell if I ever wanted to get rid of it. Fast forward to last week, got a call from a local Porsche dealer telling me they just brought in a 14 tts coupe white w/red interior fairly optioned. I went the same day and took a look at it but something about it just didn't seem right. It had 10k miles on it but the previous owner had 15 other vehicles blah blah, all the service was done, you know the usual sales pitch. Well I was going to trade in my 14G63 and to my surprise, they flat out told me they would not take in my merc under any circumstance. So that made my decision very easy and today went to a new Benz dealer that opened up about a year ago. They had a white gts out front, saddle interior, heavily optioned. I was going there to see a edition 1 they had on their site with 5k miles but the white in this car is really nice. Long story short msrp of just under $167k got them to take $10k off and give me a fair trade number. Can't wait to pick her up!!!

I bet it is! Funny thing is if I had ordered I probably wouldn't have gone with all these options and saddle interior but when it's all right in front of you it is so hard to resist.

 

i think saddle interior is the nicest with all that diamond stitching

the red/black nappa is the most sporty

When I was looking to buy in Janury they offered me 12% off msrp on a unit in stock. This time the first offer was full sticker then I was able to negotiate the 6% off and that was it. I will say I feel like I got a very fair trade on my G 63

I have to say, that is the nicest spec I've seen on a GTS. The matte CFRP, those speaker grates, the diamond stitching, the CCBs, the black wheels and pan offsetting the white paint...you did it right my friend. Enjoy it!

 

Thank you! It was kind of dumb luck on my part. I guess they spec'd this car with lots of options with the intention of not selling it for a while so potential customers could see what the options physically look like in person. Whatever the case I guess I was at the right place/right time.

I usually don't like tan/brown interiors but that one is gorgeous. It works really well with the other colors. Congrats!!

 

I agree 100%. Had I ordered I probably would have done red or black or a combo of the 2 but these colors all blend together so well.
