Locking keys in car

I successfully locked myself out today.

Played tennis put key in tennis bag. Finished playing approached locked car and used the kick motion to pop the trunk. Put bag in trunk and slammed it shut. Now it popped open like 6 times because of the key in bag but I failed to realize it and finally got it to semi shut.

Walked to driver door and realized I just locked myself out.

FYI

Haha well it was hot inside the car so I was thinking it was air pressure preventing closure so it wasn't completely daft!

Lol, I am glad the car is smart enough to pop the trunk back open as I am a tennis player as well and I am sure I will make that mistake.
Thanks for the heads as now I know what it means if the car keeps opening it lol.
I assume your phone was in the car as well. I wonder if you would be able with someone else phone to call MB and if they could open the car via satellite.

You successfully defeated the six step MB lockout algorithm:

1. Sir, your keys are in the trunk
2. Sir, I repeat, your keys are in the trunk
3. Are you sure you want to lock your keys in your trunk?
4. Are you serious?
5. Really?
6. OK biotch, your keys are now locked in the trunk
