Dear AMG Private Lounge members,

We are looking forward to welcoming our members to the AMG Private Lounge Gathering at the Circuit of The Americas (COTA), Austin, TX on Saturday, April 23, 2016.

The event will take place from 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Please note that registration will start earlier than originally planned due to an increased number of attendees.

PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE 2:00 PM. DRINKS AND LIGHT SNACKS WILL BE PROVIDED DURING THE HOURS OF THE EVENT. NO FOOD SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE ON TRACK.

We are very excited to welcome you and your guests to an afternoon of all things AMG. We think that Circuit of The Americas, with a variety of Mercedes-AMG vehicles on track, courtesy of the AMG Driving Academy, will provide us a great background for a day of exclusive events planned specifically for you.

We will provide a designated parking area for AMG Private Lounge members where mixing and mingling with your fellow members is encouraged. We expect a big crowd of Mercedes-AMG vehicles, and a photographer will be on hand to document the day.

PLEASE FOLLOW THE AMG DRIVING ACADEMY SIGNS ONCE YOU REACH THE RACE TRACK AND THEN THE AMG PRIVATE LOUNGE SIGNS WHEN YOU ARE INSIDE OF THE RACE TRACK. WE WILL HAVE A DESIGNATED PARKING AREA AND PERSONNEL TO HELP DIRECT YOU TO THE CORRECT LOCATION TO PARK YOUR MERCEDES-AMG.

PLEASE CHECK IN AT THE REGISTRATION TABLE DIRECTLY AFTER PARKING TO PICK UP YOUR CREDENTIALS AND GIFT BAG. ALL ATTENDEES (AMG PRIVATE LOUNGE MEMBERS AND GUESTS) WILL NEED TO PRESENT THEIR ID AND BE PREPARED TO SIGN WAIVERS AT THE REGISTRATION TABLE.

With a group of this size, we want to make the registration process as easy as possible for everyone. To speed up this process, please click the link below to download the two registration forms that will be required for each attendee of this event (the AMG Private Lounge member and all attending guests will need to complete both of these forms.) As you will see below in the schedule, we plan to have Mercedes-AMG vehicles on display, AMG presentation, Hot Laps with Pro drivers and a chance to drive Mercedes-AMG’s on an Auto Cross course. We also plan to have a couple of special guests and a couple of our usual surprises.

Members are welcome to bring a limited number of guests (up to 3) as long as they arrive with the AMG Private Lounge member. Unfortunately, due to track requirements, children under the age of 15 are not permitted. In addition, please note that you must be over 21 in order to participate in the Hot Lap. Please keep in mind that this event will be conducted while an AMG Driving Academy event is also going on. Due to this, some areas of the track will be restricted, and AMG Private Lounge members will be asked to stay in designated areas.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL AMG PRIVATE LOUNGE MEMBERS BE ALLOWED TO INTERFERE WITH THE AMG DRIVING ACADEMY EVENT THAT WILL BE HAPPENING AT THE SAME TIME AS THIS EVENT.

As we know, our members would like the opportunity to drive at this event. We are excited to have set aside time from 5:30 to 7:30 PM where we will be able to use the AMG Driving Academy Auto Cross course. Due to the limited time that we have to use the course, it will only be open to AMG Private Lounge members for participation. We will not be able to accommodate members' guests as drivers.

All AMG Private Lounge members and guests in attendance will have the chance to participate in a hot lap around the Circuit of The Americas course in a Mercedes-AMG with a Pro driver. Please note that AMG Private Lounge members will have first priority over all guests in attendance during the hot lap activity. All guests wishing to participate in the hot lap will be required to sign a waiver and have their driver’s license. Casual attire and closed toe shoes are required to participate in driving or riding activities.

Please keep in mind that the purpose of this event is to allow our AMG Private Lounge members a chance to get together, view Mercedes-AMG vehicles and talk with the AMG Private Lounge Team.

THIS IS NOT AN ON TRACK EVENT – MEMBERS WILL NOT HAVE A CHANCE TO DRIVE ON COTA TRACK AS A PART OF THIS EVENT.
