I am in Canada, and it seems unclear if the orders from the dealers have been placed and accepted/confirmed with the factory.
Also no pricing yet for base car or options, and as far as I can tell, no configurator.
Any other experiences in North America?
Any indications of factory production start dates?
(Note, I placed the same post on the E63 site as I have one of them also trying to be ordered, but with a similar black hole of non-responsiveness).
