Beautiful addition to your collection Vic, car looks great just the way it is, changes on the way?? The thing I like the best about the R8 is it has a NA engine, very few super/sports cars left running without some kind of power adder(turbos/superchargers). That thing must sound soo good at high RPM's. Good luck with her.

Thanks Robbie, Im considering a drop for about an inch but currently the KW HAS kit is about 6-8 weeks out on the next production run. I really like the OEM wheels so they will stay. The other consideration is to add an exhaust whether it be: FI, Capristo, Fabspeed, or a custom fabrication to add more decibels to the already great sound.

Vic. I don't know if you have any experience with Fabspeed but I highly recommend them. I am friends with Joe the owner and most of the guys that work there, I live very close. Their shop and showroom is gorgeous and they put so much time in development, tuning, and testing. The quality of their products are second to none, and in some cases far ahead of others. Funny thing is that every time I am there, there is a different R8 in getting work done, they do nice work with the R8's. I went with their sport headers and side muffler bypass pipes on my GT3, I definitely gained power, very noticeable midrange, and the sound is awesome. If you need me to take any pics or vids the next time I'm down there of an R8 for you to hear, and also to see the quality of craftsmanship, just shoot me a pm and I'll be glad to help out.

I appreciate all of this... I have done a decent amount of research with them dating back to my Turbo cars with Porsche to know they are legit. They have a very cool valved exhaust which uses the oem config and the sound is tremendous. I have seen the pics and the videos and while the videos dont do it justice, boy it sounds amazing on the V10. My issue is the wait time = 8 weeks and I have a few others with exhausts in hand to deliver on Monday.

Of course thats an awesome car. Great wheels too.

Personally, i dont "get" that color. Its kinda weird, but I respect changing things up.

Is the R8 understeery? More or less so than the H or GTS?

I actually was intrigued by the color, it shows white in the light but more of a sky color of light light gray in the lessened light conditions.

Anyways the steering is great, much less understeer than the Huracan. The GTS has excellent steering and I dont think the Quattro AWD can get to that feel nor I do expect it to. But Ill say I am impressed with the steering.
