I'm hoping to get in on this, but just ordered my GTS two weeks ago, so don't think I'll have it by the end of the month. I've got a message in to Eurocharged....

Can I get this remap for my new 2018 AMG GTA Roadster. Is the remap the same as the Coup.

Call up Eurocharged they are very responsive. Make sure to speak to an actual tuner there not a salesperson.

So how do we do this? Is there a specific contact person?

TIFF coordinated this before she 'retired'. I'm assured that if you complete the for and mail it in - reference this post - along with $1100, you're covered.

I called, today, and spoke with Dylan. He knew all about the group buy, and told me that I can send in the ECU at any time, "even two or three years later."

Guess the price will drop further!

Blows my mind that Renntech (or anyone using the same box tune) still tries to justify 3-4x.

Took my newly 'tuned' GTS for a first drive last night. Tune was apparent as soon as I backed out of the garage. No more throttle lag which previously made the tight squeeze a cautionary one. Worth the price of admission right there.

Beyond that, it virtually eliminates (already minimal) turbo lag. Upshifts are crisp as expected but it's now nearly impossible to differentiate this from a NA engine. Don't need to be a track junky to appreciate the result. Even the Comfort setting feels smoother.

So far so good!

All said, can you feel the power/torque difference?

Also, how difficult is it to pull the ECU?

A blind man can do it. Slide levers to free harnesses. Gently wiggle harnesses to remove. Lift ECU from it's four rubber mounts. Write your name and contact info a piece of tape and attach. Put it in a box. Mail. Reverse upon return. On a scale of 1-10, this is a 1.

I want to see a 1/4 or 1/2 mile race on these tuned cars and a stock GTR.

But who will leave a GTR stock...for long?! In the meantime, a tuned GT/S is no slouch. Stock is quick. Tuned is....shorts soiling....in a good way.

I am just surprised that no one else got the TCU tune from Jerry like I did.

Call Eurocharged and speak to Jerry about it. Or send them a PM.

Just ordered mine today! Cant Wait.

The group buy is still going on as of today. I pre-paid so I can send it in whenever I want.

They overnight back to you. So downtime is minimal. As soon as they receive it they may even get it back out same day!

So will this be like a mass extinction event -- except for car warranties?

out of the 20k tunes we have done we have yet to see a car get flagged and blacklisted, but im sure anything is possible.

You can also send the ecu back to flash stock for dealer maintenance and warranty work We only charge $35 for reflashes plus shipping

How much extra over the $1100 to get a dyno run or tune at your Toronto facility?

I am interested in road racing with 91 octane fuel as 93 or 94 is not available close to Mosport unless you drive far or pay the crazy price at the track, and also not availabel at Calabogie track near Ottawa. Also would like to know if car will overheat on track with the extra power if run continuously for 30 minute fast sessions in hot weather. Currently my GT-S does not overheat at all on track.

you would have to contact toronto to get pricing as they are a franchise and independently operated

we haven't seen any tuned cars overheat
