RE: 2018 Mercedes-AMG GT C Roadster, GT R, and E63 S DATE: September 29, 2017
Dear Colleagues,
We would like to provide you an update on the release date for a number of AMG vehicles. Our last official
communication included a Wholesale Launch towards the end of Q3, 2017. All teams within AMG and MBUSA
are working on the release with highest efforts and priority and we are very close to the finish line!!
We are currently preparing the AMG GT R and GT C Roadster for shipping and wholesale release on October 3rd.
The AMG E63 S Sedan & Wagon are anticipated shortly thereafter within the first two weeks of October.
We wholeheartedly thank you for your efforts in maintaining customer relationships throughout the
changes within the launch timeframe. Furthermore, we will express our appreciation directly to our
customers for their patience. This will come shortly as we will announce a goodwill measure rewarding
those customers who have been waiting patiently to take delivery of their new above listed Mercedes-
AMG.
We are excited to get these vehicles on the road and we hope this information supports you in managing customer
expectations.

MBZ doesn't say why the holdup nor what the goodwill will be. I'm guessing the goodwill will be a free service or a free indoor car cover.
