Dynamic plus is also not offered, it's part of the car. Illuminated door sills are included too.
when I configured the car with its standard options included and some upgrades to match my 2018 GTs build, it was just a few thousand more. When I ordered my car, the GTC was not offered. Now, it seems like a better deal with its rear wheel steering , wider rear tires, and few extra horses.

Actually, it is a standard feature. That's why it's not offered.
Dynamic plus is also not offered, it's part of the car. Illuminated door sills are included too.
