2016 AMG Prepaid Maintenance
Considering purchasing 3 year pre-paid maintenance in advance of my service B maintenance. I've been quoted $2650 (which seems high). What I can't get is transparency from the dealer on the non-prepaid cost of the next three maintenance visits? Any advice or perspective? Thanks

I could be wrong, but when I did the prepaid maintenance last week I could've sworn I paid no more than $1,800 for this. I'll have to double check

Thanks any info will be appreciated. I’m a bit frustrated with the dealer regarding a lack of clarity on the “standard” pricing of the service. I’ll certainly have the scheduled maintenance done but not sure prepaid is a good deal.

Didn’t get it in my 2016. Considering it again for the new GT C I bought. There are savings involved but I’m not sure if the savings are worth pre-paying.

3 years in and 13k, I’ve spent 600$ on maintenance. 3 oil changes. Big waste.
I did replace brake pads and fluid voluntarily for another 600$, but that was for brake dust and more bite.

You can negotiate heavily at the time of purchase since they are eager to sell the car. After sales purchase is a different story. Scheduled maintenance to be done at a MB authorized dealership to be part of your car's record is a nice thing to have. Schedule B can run up to $700 for these cars. I paid $1000 for four scheduled maintenance at the time of purchase.
