My 2001 CL55 had a button where you could raise or lower the car in three steps about an inch and a quarter. Helpful at nasty parking bumper stops and steep driveways. It was also the first expensive system that failed after my warranty ran out. It couldn't "stay up" and had to be pumped up before I could leave my garage.

The OP will have to find a spring that fits the perch that pushes it up but you will have way more issues that worrying about scraping if you do this. You will have the wrong springs, wrong rates, and the car will lose its entire handling and suspension identity.
