There's no mention in my manual either Jerry, but tbh I didn't expect there to be as IF MB has made a change after production of the GTR commenced, it would only show up as a supplement either on paper shoved into the manual, or as in my case an additional sticker on the windshield.
Hopefully an AMG 'specialist' on their forum will get back to us as you say.

Just took my GT C Coupe in for this service this week, as I'm at about 2,600 km and was told that the sticker was put on my car and some others in error, and the the service was not required. It came up as a bulletin from late last year stating that due to "incorrect documentation the additional oil change adhesive label was stuck at the factory onto the windshield" and that the early oil change "is not necessary as the locking differential is integrated into the transmission because of its transaxle configuration". The bulletin also includes a picture of the sticker and indicates that it applies to Model 190, which I believe is the designation for all models of AMG GT's (I could be wrong on this last point, but based on what I could find online, I think this is correct).
Just putting this out there as it's worth double-checking with your service shop for anyone who has the sticker and has not yet had the service completed.

active aero unit replaced under warranty
roll cage replaced under recall for safety reasons
TPMS replaced under warranty
Software Update required for oil warning lights
No Solution so far for fitting fire extinguisher.
