How to care for PPF?

How to care for PPF?
My car has full XPEL wrap. It was treated with two coats of nano ceramic coating . How do i care for it going forward ? Just wash and detail spray?
Any waxes?
Any seal coats?
If so, which ones?

Just wash with a solid car soap. That’s the beauty of the PPF and ceramic coating. Sometimes with pollen I just rinse off and dry. Bugs do get stuck in it so you might need to rub them out of the film.
I will post pictures later of leather product I put on today. This leather is dry and needs 2 coats of a proper conditioner. Really has a nice low sheen now.

Any bird droppings and/or bugs, wash off ASAP so they don’t “etch” into the film. Besides that, treat just as you would paint as far as using car care products. The only thing I personally chose not to do was use wax as carnubas can have fine “grit” in them, and didn’t want to scratch the film all up. I instead use what I believe to be the best sealant, Jescar PowerLock Plus.
Still personally not a huge ceramic coating guy for a few reasons, but laying a layer of Jescar on top of your coating 1- 3 times per year depending on how much/how/how often you Drive is a good call.

If it was just the Xpel I’d say treat it with a non-coloured wax or synthetic product such as Turtle Wax Ice a couple of times a year; wash with a good car shampoo, and use a high quality detail spray in between.
However you’ve had extra protection with the ceramic coating so I’d ask the shop that applied it if there’s anything special you should/shouldn’t do, other than again a high quality car wash and detail spray.

My installer said he has the wrap and Nano coating on his car. He convinced me to treat the wheels and calipers with Nano coating too. He said brake dust and dirt come off easily with just car soap.
Was just curious if anyone also used products like butter wet wax on top. I know......belt, suspenders while wearing overalls. Overkill?

I'm a SunTek guy and my installer has me simply using car soap for full washes and detailer spray for quick cleanups and bugs, etc.
