I see numbers all over the place from all over the place. To quote MBUSA website: "Curb weight - 3,XXX lbs" - lol. Why so secretive? Anyone know or have seen a reliable source? Basically, I've seen from 3,421 to 3,660 pounds. I also checked the owners manual and no mention in there as well.

My first posting. Greetings from Germany. Please excuse grammar and spelling mistakes. In Germany there are no forums that deal with the GT. There are probably very few owners who "screw" themselves. The prevailing opinion is that everything that is not original is tinkered with.
I am currently modifying it. There are many little things that bother me. Some things are surprising in this price range.
An old tread, but interesting. I think all the information in various publications is patient. One of the first things I did was, weigh the car. (2017 GTR) With the same equipment, a GTR is lighter than a GTC or GTS.
Have a fairly "light" configuration. All options, Full House, but mostly the lightweight variant. No OPF, (therefore a 2017 model), carbon brakes, approx. - 50lbs, Track Packet with Bucket Seats - approx. 50lbs, performance forget wheels - ?? lbs, Carbon Packet 1 & 2, - ?? lbs. With 75% tank capacity, without Driver 1600Kg. = 3530lbs. Really thought he was lighter.
Thanks for your GTR weigh data. Extrapolated to 75% gas you would have to be around 3670 lbs.
Always have performance seats with memory package in the USA? Thats a lot of extra weight.Near 100lbs?
Your weight distribution is interesting. Almost 50/50. Weighed it more like 48/52
Kind regards
Stenzel

The officially stated curb weight of the AMG GTR is 3,594 lbs. This figure is based on the European “Track Pack” configuration, which includes bucket seats, carbon-ceramic brakes, and the top-spec lightweight forged wheels. Believe me when I say that the optional factory wheels for the AMG GTR are lighter than pretty much any high-end aftermarket wheels you can find on the market—including BBS, HRE, Rays, Volks, and so on.
The factory wheels weigh only 18.1 lbs for the front (19x10J) and 21.7 lbs for the rear (20x12J). The only aftermarket wheels that might come close in weight for this car are perhaps the BBS RID or FIR series. So, if your AMG GTR is equipped with the top-spec forged wheels, carbon-ceramic brakes, and bucket seats, then reaching the 3,594 lbs curb weight is absolutely possible—which is extremely impressive for a car this wide.
For reference, an F-chassis BMW M2 has a similar curb weight, yet the AMG GTR comes with a bigger engine, a longer wheelbase, and a significantly wider body.
Weighed my 2016 AMG GT-S today for comparison. No carbon parts, standard wheels, seats, PSC2 tires, iron brakes, Aerodynamics pack, Track pack (Dynamic Plus pack is USA), full of fuel, no driver, all other fluids full:
Total 3771 lbs
Fuel capacity: 19.8 US gallons - 75 litres, Premium fuel weighs 6.27 lbs/US gallon, total fuel weight 124 lbs
Weight minus fuel 3771 - 124 = 3646 lbs, Car and Driver track sheet gave 2016 GT-S curb weight as 3677 lbs. Must have been totally empty of fuel, or different options on their car.
