Can anybody compare GT”x” front end scrapping vs 911?

Hi:
inam moving from a 2015 911 C4S with the lowered SPASM. I’m constantly scrapping my front end on the slightest incline.
i was wondering if any former 911 SPASM option is able to compare the cars.
My ‘19 will be a GTC coupe.
Thanks!

My 2015 GT3 scrapes like a byooitch even with Front Axle Lift activated, which has to be deployed on pretty much any incline or speedbump. Fortunately the plastic front lip is a couple hundred dollar replacement so I consider it a wear item and treat it as such.

Still the sound of the lip scraping is like nails on chalkboard.

My 2018 AMG GTS has much better clearance. I have heard it scrape on exactly 2 occasions but there's no visible marks. Last time I ran my fingers under the front lip I couldn't feel any scrapes, maybe they're located farther back.

fun ones.
Rather different experience here. My 2015 GT3 was fine, never scraped with the lift and only a few times with it down.

My GTR scrapes quite a bit because it doesn't have a lift. Also unique to the GTR is the active aero that drops down over 50mph (i think). If you like going fast on bumpy roads(like me!) you'll scrape this a lot but it can't be seen so no issues as long as its just cosmetic!

I dont have any measurements but it seems like my 17 GT scrapes less than my 911 C4S did

Thanks for the replies. Very helpful.
Yes, on the 911, scrapping seems to damage only the inexpensive lower bumper lip. I figured on replacing it just before turning the 911 back to Porsche. But it’s very irritating to have to slow down to a crawl so often.
Based on the responses from less a GT 911 model I expect some improvement moving to the GTC.
Cant wait...

It's such a relief to not have to worry about lip scraping especially as my GTS is my daily driver. With my GT3, I activate the FAL numerous times a day for speedbumps and the driveway at work. It still often scrapes.

I assume the GTC lip is comparable height to the GTS. Sounds like the GTR is lower.
