Side stripes...
Loved the stripes that were recently posted. So along those lines I figured let me draw up some side stripes along the same Edition 1 style. I have a cutter at home and have been making graphics for my buddies and my race bikes / street cars for a while now, I did my own Jake stringer for my GS. So I figured I would do the side stripes for the GT and apply them to the car to see if I would like them, I 'm kind of on the fence so I figure I would throw it out here to see what you guys think. I was going to do them in a flat white vinyl that I ordered but the wife says it looks better in black (flat black). The flat white would make it look like a ghost stripe. So thoughts? have not cut them yet...

I prefer clean lines without the stripes. It looks too "Speed Racer" for my tastes. That said, to each his own and it takes talent to put them on.

I think they could work--- My Edition 1 only has the side stripes and not the rear quarter and I think you should 86 those.

That looks super clean that way and I agree with you, 86 the rear,,,

Makes your white whip looks too busy with the black stripes. Post a render with the ghost white stripe, might look better.

Are you going o try a stripe on the hood? I like the stripe on the side. My preference would be to not have the small patch of black on the rear.
