With the GTR you can option the 4 point racing seat belts, from German company SCHROTH.

Don’t the seats have to be modified?

The above seats are the Racing Buckets that we can’t get in the USA.

most track organizations won't let you run 4 points unless they work with OEM restraint systems (i.e. Schroth quickfit; and they pretty much all require backseats).

It is pretty much 5/6 point or stock now for the major groups.

Schroth make their 4-point ‘Anti-submarine’ belt system that I think qualifies for most HPDEs.

They used to but in the last 12-18 months most of the bodies have changed rules, which has created a wrinkle for a lot of folks that have had to switch back to stock since many aren't willing to permanently mount crotch belt anchors. NASA and PCA don't allow them (unless the quickfit style specific to the car), Driver's Edge I am pretty sure doesn't, but Chin may still allow it. CG locks are still allowed, but pretty much you are stuck using factory restraints unless you go the full monty.
