Anyone considered 2018 front bumper for 2016 PRE LCI GTS?
Hello there. Just wondering if anyone is considering or has actually done this. 2018 GTC/GTR front bumper and grille are much more aesthetically pleasing and aggressive looking. Does it have a proper fit? Cost?
thanks!

Cost would be prohibitive. I was looking to buy a 2018 when the 2017s were still on the floor. The dealership said they'd make the switch for me for another $8,000 to $12,000 and give me a great deal. And that was before they knew the new wouldn't fit on the old. (I can see them half way through, calling me to say, "Mr. Malibu, it doesn't fit. What do you want us to do?")

interesting
I've considered a GTR but I hate how the new front bumpers look.

I sent an email to inquire about installation and here is what they responded back:
you need a good body shop for the installation because there must be made 2 modifications.
1. The Diameter from the park distance control sensor holding brackets in the Facelift bumper must be made a little wider
because the before Facelift Sensors from your car have a bigger diameter as the holding brackets in the Facelift Bumper
2. If your car has the Radar Control Sensor, the holding bracket from this Radar Sensor must be cut out from your OEM Bumper
and must be glued in the Facelift Bumper at the same position
I talked to the local body shop and decided against it.
