Have only one gripe - I'm getting a rattle from the internal door handles/handle surround. have 10k miles and only really noticed it over last 2k-3k miles - anyone else experiencing this? particularly evident at interstate speeds.
I had the same thing in my GTR. Drove me nuts. If you are driving and hear it. Pull on the door handle like you are going to open it ever so slightly. Does the noise go away? I put a small piece of black foam (one sided sticky) behind it. It's hidden and you can't see it. Problem gone. I noticed a couple months ago that it had fallen off and the noise is gone. So I'm wondering if something settled in or is it caused by expansion of something during the summer heat. Be interesting to find out as we approach summer. I opted on this route. Rather than going to the dealer and having my door panel removed by a technician.
Had a rattle in the door and service manager went for a ride with me to confirm. They disassembled the door panel and determined that it was in fact the handle itself that rattled and replaced it under warranty. Problem corrected. In my case it wasn't temperature related.
My door just started rattling! I’m going to add it to my list when I go in along with an electronic cracker coming from my from right speaker.

Sorry to dredge up an old thread but I finally figured out the damn rattling since the temperature has changed and came searching about the door handles. Does anyone have any disassembly diagrams for the door cards? Any pics of what you did to fix? I thought at first it was the cluster of switches - has been driving me nuts for days trying to figure out what exactly was rattling!!
