AMG GTS
Recall Ignition Coil
Hello,

New member here and just got myself a 2016 AMG GTS. I dropped off my car to have the Iginition Coil recall taken care at MB dealer and they told me they are only replaced 4 iginition coils. I would like to find out how many iginition coils does our car has?? Anyone know??

2018 Solarbeam Yellow AMG GTS
Mercedes uses one coil per cylinder. Therefore, the GTS have 8.

Looks like two per side, so 4 total.

Hmm, strange cause MB generally uses one per cylinder in its other cars.

thank you for the response. Now i feel better since the dealer only changed 4 coils on my car.
