Not at the car but you scroll to Vehicle Dynamics and then to Engine iirc. However, I believe that certain variations of the GT line do not have that specific page’ available.

Not all early releases had it available. Software issue iirc. This came up in a thread a couple of years ago and some were disappointed that they didn't have it and were unable to address it through software updates. It may have also had to do in the early cars (I had a GTS) if you had the package with the dynamic engine mounts and slightly different engine mapping. I had that package and the engine screen showed up in the dash as is shown in the photo. A deep search will find the exhaustive thread on this.

E55, 380SL, GLA 250 Sport, AMG GTS
I have a 2016 AMG GT S and it has that screen. On your screen select Vehicle>Dynamic Select>Engine Data. The engine must be running for this option to display data. I must add that my car has the dynamic engine mounts.
