I have a 2016 AMG GTS and this morning I turned the car on and the command screen wouldn't turn on. I've tried pressing the power button located on the volume knob and nothing. I've also tried to turn off the car completely and wait a few minutes to turn it back on and still nothing. Has anyone else had this problem? How do I do a hard reset for the screen?

I have never experienced this, and I’ve had 4 Mercedes with the same system. Try the fuse, it may have blown.

If the fuse doesn't work - you could also try disconnecting the battery.
