285s on the front of a GTS?

285s on the front of a GTS?
I’m currently running 275/35/20 and 305/30/20 Michelin PS4s on 20x10 and 20x11 wheels.
I just got Pure Turbos and it’s spin city from a 50-60 punch. I want to run a stickier tire. R888r is available in both 305/30 and 315/30 for the rear.
However, there is no 275 for the front. Only 285.
According to Tirerack, the “section width” for 285 r888r is 11.4” vs 10.9” for the 275 PS4. The “tread width” difference is much greater at 11.1 vs 9.8. (does that even make sense?)
Mixing summer tires in the front with R compounds in the back will probably handle like doodoo, correct?

I think 275's are the widest you can go on the front.
