So I was driving the other day and was trying to park the car. The park button wouldn't engage. I even shifted from drive to reverse to neutral and it still didn't engage. I had to leave it in neutral + engage the parking break -> then turn off the car. Only after I turned it on again, the park button worked.

Has this happened with anyone before? Couldn't find it in the search. The issue seems to have disappeared now...

Every once in a while I get weird electrical gremlins. They clear up after turning the car off. Not a big deal for a low volume car.

In another post I had something similar but I got a strange warning on the screen first then tried to put the car in park, would not go in, turned car off then on, everything fine, has not happened again.

Hoping that is the case for me as well, kinda makes me less trusting of my habits. Now I check if I am in park rather than press the button and get out.

Figured I would ask to see if this was a major issue.
