GTC wheels on a GTS

Hello everyone, I bought GTC wheels to fit them on my GTS, I didn’t receive them yet.
Some people says they will not look good regarding the offsets on the GTC wheels ! Which I didn’t know before the purchase unfortunately. Have anyone tried them on a GTS ? And how bad it will looks ?

also how wide is the GTC compared to the GTS ?

My current ED1 wheels:

They will stick out about an inch.

The GTC is 2.7" inches wider than the GTS which is quite substantial. Since you already purchased the wheels might as well try them on and post pics...

SUGGESTION;

DON’T MOUNT TIRES ON THE NEW GTC RIMS.

Remove 1 front tire/wheel on the front and rear of your car. Then gently place the new rims on the car while it is in the air and see how far they hang out and if there will be any rubbing issues.

That way if you don’t like the new rims you can return/ resell them as new never been used.

SAVE THE BOXES AND PACKING

GOOD LUCK

Jerry

I have a GTC with the 5 spoke wheels - getting ready to update to something different. Fronts will be fine but the rears will stick out 35mm past your stock config today - about an inch and a quarter. All the sellers out there are claiming they fit and advertise GT, GTS, GTC, and GTR on most of the selling descriptions. This is the same as buying 911 Turbo wheels and trying to get them to fit on a regular 911 - I just don't see it working.

your stock set should be 11J ET 68
the GTC wheels should be 12J ET 46

that calcs to a 35mm extension outward from stock config.

So in conclusion, fortunately I managed to return the GTC wheels with a small fee, and I think I will stick with my oem wheels for now.

thanks all for the helpful posts
