I've listed my 2016 GTS for Sale
I was debating on a GLC63S for a DD and ended up with a Trackhawk who now has over 1K HP and terrorizes P100D for less than the price of the benz but that's a different subject.
Related to depreciation, it's actually not too bad.
70 trade in probably means around 78K retail which is right at the 50% mark which is the national average according to this article. I know it's might be a bit before the 5 year mark and it hurts but hopefully this makes you feel a bit better. I know it also does not take into consideration all the after market add ons but we all know this is like throwing $$ out the door.
Enjoy the beast and glad you stayed in the family.

I gave thought to the Trackhawk
I knew it would be a disaster on trade in value but I thought it wouldn't be so bad with the extended warrantee I had on the car.
The thing is I have never owned a car I wanted to keep forever, I wish there were one.
Now I hope I don't like the GLC more than the wagon as I put more miles on it.
