Carfax maintenance records. What would be considered excessive repairs?

Carfax maintenance records. What would be considered excessive repairs?
On the hunt for a 16-17 GTS, been seeing some cars with what seems like excessive repairs/computer reprogramming issues at their lower miles, not sure if it's a red flag. Hoping someone can comment, i'll post an example:
On a 2016 GTS in it's first 3k miles it has this on carfax:
On a 2016 GTS in it's first 3k miles it has this on carfax:
- Battery charged
- Seat track cover replaced
- Vehicle washed/detailed
- Noise checked
- Engine/powertrain computer/module reprogrammed
- Transmission computer/module reprogrammed
- Ignition coil(s) replaced
- Tire(s) balanced
- Tire(s) replaced
- Tire(s) mounted

Agree with John that those Carfax notations wouldn't bother me one bit. Again, always think about a CPO car or a decent warranty to protect the expensive rotating bits!
