Great feedback, the new website left us scratching our heads a bit as well. With that being said... how can we improve?
Have a before/after dyno for tunes for each model and make sure the info is correct.
One thing that's been brought up in this AMG GT subforum many times. On your website, the stage 1 figures for AMG GT, GTS, GTR, and GTC are all listed as the same: 625hp. Pretty sure that information is incorrect. The GT and GTS both make the same power with a tune: ~625hp. The GTC and GTR have a lower compression ratio and bigger turbos. They make more hp than the GT/GTS with a tune. Quite a few owners with GTC/GTR have decided not to go with your tune because it only makes 625 and the Renntech tune makes 659hp even though I've tried to tell them the website is just wrong and both companies make the same power.
I also personally know three people with 2018 E63S that have gone with Renntech simply because their website has a before/after dyno plot and your's does not.
The hardcore car guys know all these tunes are nearly identical but the doctors, lawyers, businessmen I know usually go with Renntech because they clearly show the customer what they're getting.
Great point and right on the money with stage 2. Most of us have gotten the epa love letters on any mods /catless which is why you now see the disclaimer on the site
on the rt/vs option we were always posting whp vs most others posting crank. Good call out. That we will have to visit. Some other big names just put fake graphs up we didn’t wanna do that either.
we are working on grabbing dynos for everything as well and have that planned in the next few weeks. We put all of our resources on the tcu obd tuning. And a new tool that is coming soon for obd.
More feedback: I've been a Eurocharged customer for a few years. I called the Houston location three times last year and said "Hi I would like to do Pure Turbos. I am ready to pay and setup an appointment. Please take my money." Each time "someone will call you back." Never got a call back. That location has to gone to complete **** since Phillip left.

great thoughts guys and appreciate the feedback
Should those of us looking for a tune wait for this new obd device?
I second this. I brought a couple cars in a month or so ago and got fantastic service and knowledgeable answer to questions I hadn't even asked These guys are tinkerers at heart and into drag racing. I bet if you brought in a Roomba, it would leave being able to do 20MPH and suck the curtains off the walls lol. +1 to this team

I have a 2020 GTR Pro.
my local track has a 95db limit so I’m assuming my exhaust needs to stay stock.
A tune as well as transmission tune should get me to what wheel hp and what torque?
thanks!
a tune and trans tune would be the way to go. Hp depends on stage etc You are looking around 75hp and 110tq gains in stage 1
