adjusting the settings makes a huge difference in ride quality. For street use I have all settings at four clicks which is two less than factory. Still firm as it should be but much more compliant. With the manually adjustable coil overs you actually have more settings to play with than the GT R.

Hey man -

Are you doing front and back the same? Under the hood and in the trunk? And, if you don't mind me asking, are you 4(6) clicks from the stiffest or softest.

I haven't played with any of the settings under the car yet - just the rebound as it is substantially easier to get too.

As a side note - my rebound front and back came at the stiffest setting from factory. Wound all the way up. I'm unsure where to put it most of the time. Track I drive the most is 19 corners inside of a couple miles. It's wild and tight.

yes, I adjusted front to back the same. Upper knobs hood & trunk adjust rebound. Lower knobs (bottom of strut tower) adjust high speed and low speed compression. Factory settings for upper knobs are suppose to be 6-clicks and lower knobs are 8-clicks. Just to be certain I zeroed all settings before making any adjustments. Initially I just played with the upper knobs only and difference was minimal. I then went back and set the upper knobs to 4-clicks and lower knobs to 6-clicks. After a quick drive I backed the lower settings down to 4-clicks. I have to admit not much science to it but I'm happy with results and very noticeable improvement. Hope this helps and good luck.

From these pages:
http://blog-int.kwautomotive.net/kw-...edes-amg-gt-r/
https://www.kwsuspensions.net/mercedes-amg-gt

I'm guessing that the GTR Pro's units are these:
https://www.kwsuspensions.net/produc...mance/3A72500C

... and, on that page there's a link to download the "Adjustment Manual":
http://docs.kwsuspension.de/ea-KWESAV4-68579414.pdf

... and that provides a little more detail and appears to correlate with the "Mercedes-AMG GT R PRO Supplement" PDF that's also linked in this thread:

Thanks for the good information here. Do any of the adjustment features allow for suspension lowering as we have seen with KW and Renntech coilovers?

The GT R Pro units are made by KW and, if you look at them in this video
you see that they do have the spring-loading/height adjustment capability ... whether that's sanctioned or not and what it'd do to the suspension geometry and handling/tire-wear/etc. are other issues.
