Removing Fuses in the Trunk Fusebox

I had a dashcam installed about a year and a half ago. Lately, the camera has been turning off and on randomly. I have a feeling the power trigger cable is not well connected to the fuse. But when I went back there to check I couldn’t figure out how to remove the fuse to check. I looked in the manual and online and found nothing. It seems that the fuses have a plastic guard around them which you can see in the picture with no way around them. Has anyone figured out the correct way to get these out?

Thanks, Everyone

Have you tried using two small standard screwdrivers to separate the clips that hold the fuse covers on? Looks like they click into place on the sides.
