That reminds me of a joke.
A Mercedes mechanic has rebuilt the engine of a cardiac surgeon's AMG. When the surgeon comes to pick up his car the Mechanic says
"I do pretty much the same as you. Like you I fix the heart of the car."
"True," says the surgeon.
"So why is it that you get paid 10 times as much money as I do?" The mechanic hands the surgeon his bill.
The surgeon says, "Try fixing it with the engine running." And he hands the mechanic his platinum American Express card.
