Windshield replacement
Sadly, I took a rock in the windshield the other day. I ordered new glass from Mercedes dealer expecting a duplicate of the original glass. The original glass had Daimler signature in the lower passenger side corner. The new glass has no markings. Can anyone tell me if there is replacement glass that contains the original glass signature and markings?

This place is a joke.
Just make sure it has the MB star printed near the windshield part number, on the lower driver's side. That way you know it's an OEM windshield. There have been many design changes across the model years, some of the new glass has a "Mercedes" script embedded on the lower passenger side, other use a decal, but all have the star embedded in it.
