Hi, on my 2016 AMG GTS (CURRENTLY STOCK EXHAUST), I was going to do a stage 1 tune. But I am also debating to increase the exhaust sound. Best and most bang for your buck?

1- Stage 2 tune with catless down pipes. Alos, do yyou guys recommend High flow cats for N. VA because I have to do emmission? or just cats impersonators?
2- Stage 1 tune, stock downpipes. But delete secondary cats, i.e. hollow them out?

Please help.
Also, since this car has 2 cat positions, would it pass emmissions just with one CATS? either keep the cats in the downpipes? or in the back, close to the exhaust.
