2020 amg gt tune
I know it’s probably been an overly talked about topic. But cpc is a new thing to me. Those of you with 2020s and stage 2, did you also do the cpc? Or are you planning on adding it later?
have a few parts getting installed next weekend including catless downpipes so trying to figure out a tuning situation

2020 AMG GT COUPE
I have a 2020 and you do NOT need the CPC tune to tune the car, HOWEVER…. It will make a little more power with the cpc tune and without it it has been said that eventually the exhaust valves won’t open in sport plus mode and you will need to get the cpc done at that time but I’ve had mine tuned without cpc for awhile now with zero issues at all made 554 WHP & 678 WTQ (stage 1 nothing else done to the car)
downpipes give you the power faster in the midrange but peak HP difference is very minimal for the money, intakes are a better investment
