front and rear jack stand locations?

hi all, i'm doing an oil change this week and would like to know the 4 jack stand locations, thanks in advance.

i used front suspension mounting point and rear cradle mounting point. way more robust, but tnx man. i was all done until i realized that i have misplaced the crush washer. uuuugggg.
