Was going to have a good day at Sonoma Raceway today, but this came up right after the outlap in the first session:
Came out to pit, power cycle, went-out again and the message came back after 1 lap. There's a second screen says "Do not Shift, see dealer...etc"
Had to call it a day and go home Has anyone else seen this message? Booked a dealer visit next week, wondering if it's just transmission oil or something else..
Normally the cooling is well designed. What was the outside temperature?
For cooling:
The transmission cooling runs via 2 water/oil heat exchangers. 1 x for differential / clutch and 1 x for the gearbox.
These are flown through on the oil side, via internal gear pumps.
The water sides are connected in series and are controlled by their own circulation pump.
This heat is dissipated via the NTK (Nieder Temperatur Kreislauf = Low temperature cycle). NTK is primarily responsible for charge air cooling.
For Faceliftmodells (with panamera grill) Here you have 2 air / water coolers in the front. A smaller one (this is flown through first) sits in the (believe on the left) front side box (in front of an oil cooler)
A larger one in the main cooler package.
The smaller spherical waterreservoir is for the NTK circle.
My advice:
Check the pump with the star diagnosis and bleed the whole system again.
Bleeding works best with a slight vacuum.

Thanks for the details! I'll bring it to the dealer since the car is still under warranty, but will suggest them to re-bleed the entire system. The car did not go into limp mode or felt any difference after the message showed up a couple of times, hopefully it's just some small glitches.

The issue was figured out by the dealer, the left front low temp radiator had a small crack from debris/rocks hitting it, it only showed up under pressure test and a slight amount of coolant was leaking from it. That is the reason why it only show up on track since normal road driving is not spirit enough to bring the temp to that level..
Lucky that it's a good comprehensive claim for insurance, a new radiator is not cheap for these cars.. I'll also need to figure out some kind of mesh to protect the exposed radiator going forward.
