Another GT

The Audi came in "tactical green" which is a horrendous color so I am having it wrapped in a color as close to Audi's ultra blue as possible. I wouldn't have acquired the car if I couldn't wrap it.
The two GTs each have 469 HP but the Audi, despite weighing 1500 lbs more, feels quicker. Nevertheless, the 0-60 times are also identical.
The advantage of driving the Audi is that it has 4 seats. It's also a little less "look at me!" ("Oh, is that the new Hyundai?") It's best not to flaunt one's wealth in L.A. these days.

I got close on the EQS 580 but in addition to the grand slam on the price* ($5k over MSRP) they diddled me on the money factor on the lease. And had the gall to lie and tell me the MF was locked in. There is always a bit of leeway for extra vig for the dealership.
(It was a Mercedes dealership I almost bought, with a group of client-investors, 25+ years ago.)
What with all German car companies closing down during the Russia-Ukraine War, and higher interest rates on the horizon, I figured I had better move now and got an excellent deal under the circumstances.

Nice car with an interesting color...I was looking at the E-tron myself.
This will be a little difficult to wrap BC of the color, but I'm sure it'll work out for you..
Best,

Thats a pretty sad commentary about California. We have a home in Laguna Beach that we judiciously rent but I don't like going there anymore.
I say leave it, it does match the house well, lol
I’ll be buying out the lease on my ‘19 etron soon as there is a ton of equity in it. Just need more choices to be available and the market not to be so damn broken!

(Talking to the salesman yesterday, he admitted I got a good deal because the interior leather in a bluish grey didn't match the pus green exterior. Dealers in my area are typically adding between $10 and $30 K as ADM.)
Starting to look good, different. Hope you post pics of the finished job. Let's see how they do door jams...if....
My car is in for a wrap in 3 weeks.
