Drop in tire pressure

So I took the GTC out for a spin and I log a low tire pressure warning for both rears of 36psi. Was a little surprised as I do t consider this too low. At least to trigger a warning. Has anyone experienced this??

sorry in advance if the pic is too big. Scroll up

When was the last time you checked and adjusted the tire pressure and then reset TPMS? The warning is based on the tire pressures that are set in TPMS. The correct procedure is to inflate your tires to the desired cold pressure, then go into the TPMS settings and store the current pressures as the reference pressures. If you've never done that then you don't know what reference pressures are stored. It'll look a little different in your case, but for reference you have to go into the Service menu, then Tires and that's where you can store it.

The car is a 2019. 8 just got it last week from a Mercedes dealer in LA but it was CPO. Not sure if I can fix this myself or if I have to go to a dealer.

Apologies I didn’t read your entire response. I’m gonna try this first thing in AM.

You can reset it just like superswiss showed. Just press OK when you see the message... Btw. I am running at 30/31 cold
