Swapping out the AMG Engine Builder Badge on my AMG GTS
Hello - In case any other AMG C190 GT S/C/R owners ever need to swap out or replace their AMG engine builder badge from their engine covers, or decide to more it to an after-market engine cover such as Eventuri. I was able to get an OEM carbon fiber engine cover instead of my stock plastic one and I did a video on how I moved the engine builder badge. Hopefully it helps someone else out.

Thank you! I saw this as I have a GTS, but I need to swap the badge out on my GL63 as the plastic cover has a stain on it that I could not remove. So being the **** person I am, I have ordered a new plastic cover and have to swap the badge. Your video will help reduce the probability of me damaging it.
And BTW - we have the same garage floor - love it.

Hey Craig,
Good to see you here. I am subscribed to your YT channel and enjoy watching the mod videos. We have the same exact car and I just started modding mine a little bit at a time.
Your rear diffuser video helped me install mine.
Question, have you changed your front bumper spoiler or just the updated grill?
I looked thru all the videos but couldnt find a video on it, saw the grill update video. But the latest upload with the builder badge i thought a caught a glimpse of a CF lip?
Or am i crazy. LOL
Anyways, keep the videos coming. I am getting ready to do my DP's this week.

Question
In your narrative you mention the words, “previous owner“. So is this a used OEM cover? I haven’t looked up the company site yet but do they sell salvage parts as I may be interested also. The engine cover is about the only piece of carbon fiber that wasn’t speced on my car originally. I have no problem with that but when I first read the article I thought this was going to be a aftermarket assembly versus a used OEM part story.
