High beam delay?

High beam delay?
Do you guys get a delay when you click on your high beams? Like as if it needs to ramp up to activate the high beams?

You have to switch the light switch from automatic to manual all to the right. Otherwise the car first checks if its "okay" to turn on the high beams (traffic).
