Before upgrading my TCU unit, I got a 2nd Continental TCU module coded with a different VIN from a 2018 GTS. the 2nd TCU has the same H/W and S/W version as my stock TCU but with a different VIN it will not allow the car to start. I would like to keep my original TCU with the stock code and have the 2nd TCU ship to and upgraded with the Weistec TCU code. This way I don't have to send the unit back to Weistec if I need to roll back the upgrade.
Does anyone know who can do this copy/duplication from my stock TCU to the 2nd unit? Weistec said they don't do duplications.
