Thinking of moving up to an R8 at the end of this summer and was hoping you guys could give me a read on the market. I know prices are dropping, but a lot depends on options as well. What do you think my car is worth?

2018 GTS - 12,500 miles. I am the Second Owner.

Black and white interior
Carbon fiber interior trim (not cross bar though)

Dynamic Plus Package
Burmester High End

One dealer offered me $88k but I feel that is too low. Thinking it might be best to sell it privately given it is a bit of a unique color combination with good spec. Thoughts? thanks in advance.

My son owned a ‘17 GTS. Drove it as a DD for two years. Sold it and MADE $7k… Then the dealership sold it up another $7k.

Had a glitchy transmission.

That's a large part of the reason I recently purchased my '16 GTS. The Oreo cookie interior really looks nice.

I sold my 2021 Lexus LC500 late last year to an AutoNation dealer. Used cars.com to have dealers make me an offer. Have you tried that? Worked pretty well I thought. I think the used car market was hotter in 2022. Now with interest rates way up I betting dealers aren't giving as much value. Also, pricing is so regional dependent in my opinion. And timing as well. With these high end vehicles some dealers wouldn't even touch it. I live in Arizona so its a bit easier to unload a vert too. But I am from Utah and they rarely have GT's for sale.
