Which brake fluid?
It's time for a brake fluid flush. Which should I get? Daily driving with some spirited driving. Also some canyons once in a while.

I buy brake fluid at the dealer. Porsche, MB, BMW. The parts guy will know, or has the means to find out.

Motul 660; Endless 650; AP Racing street/track fluid are all excellent brake fluids that will perform better than the OEM fluid if you were to ever track the car, and all should be cheaper than the OEM fluid.
