Hello everyone

I have a problem with my gts on nurburgring last week ,she s make a security coolant engine all laps at 248 f° and stop engine but only few second i restart the engine directly the temperature is 194f° and the coolant level it s ok
i don t have idea for this problem may be a sensor temperature
