BS - Rear Wing
Has anyone removed the top part of the 'two tiered' rear wing, to see how much it improved top speed?
GT2rs also has a large rear (only one tier) wing and similar hp, but did 210 mph!
.... the bs goes well to 190 then takes forever to add more speed!

Have you tried manually adjusting the spoiler? At that speed, I am not sure you want the spoiler neutral or with some lift. Pure guesses.
