Revs don’t seem linear.

Hi, I need help with a strange issue with my 2018 amg gtc. Mods are ptg tune, black boost intakes and secondary cat delete. This will be hard to explain but I’ll do my best. Basically, when on the throttle and going through gears the exhaust doesn’t sound linear but rather oscillates as it revs higher. I’ve thought it might be the exhaust flaps or maybe me not depressing the throttle consistently but it happens at any l level of input. It almost sounds like I’m letting off the gas and pressing it again but very fast as it climbs in revs. No CEL and doesn’t feel like it’s lacking in power. Has anyone noticed this about their GT? Or perhaps knows what it could be or a possible solution if any….thank you.
