What part of the GT exactly do numbers 63 and 55 refer to?

No part. The numbers are simply historical and the larger the number the more powerful the car is, but it doesn't directly correspond to displacement or whatever as it did in the past. Numbers in car names haven't meant anything for a long time. Even the M156 engine was technically 6.2 liter and not 6.3 liter.
