I am always surprised by what that tire shop has in stock.
Just listening to the exhaust, I def think you can carry more speed through grapevine right hander. That will give set you up with a proper speed before braking at bus-stop.
And def keep that throttle down a bit more coming out of bus stop, through truck stop then riverside. I know it's scary but look way far ahead to end of riverside.

Thank you for the advise! The first half of the course is definitely my weakness. I can never get traction coming out of off ramp. I started entering it much wider and turning it into a sharp right and long straight; that's seemed to be much better than hugging on the inside. I've seen so many run off around club corner and bus stop (including myself) that I've psychologically limited the speed I carry through them. I know I'm losing quite a bit of time there because that's always where people seem to pull away from me. I can take riverside 10mph faster in my C7 than in the amg. I'm not sure why, but the amg feels like it starts sliding through riverside. Maybe the 4-wheel steering?
Not sure If I'll be around next weekend. my next planned day there is with SDC on Jan 6.
