AMG GTR production numbers
Does anyone know of a reliable source for AMG GTR production numbers? Preferably by colors. I see a lot of cars like mine being advertised for sale out there but I don't get a sense many were produced. Would like to know for sure.

MB is very tight lipped about Production Numbers
However, a Process Engineer at Multimatic factory in UK, the OEM fabricator for the Carbon Fiber front lower bumper active aero (aka "bugwelle") informed me that they made roughly ~4,500 of these.
So, there may just be ~4,500 GT Rs out there in the wild
